I feel incredibly grateful and blessed that I hardly ever get a cancellation. In the past people were on a waitlist and the actual appointment date a few months out was coming sooner than being on a waitlist, so I did away with it a few years back.
I advise potential clients to book now because believe it or not the appointment date will be here faster than you think, and divine timing is always right on time! I have found through past experience that when a second person is in the room (for support) inevitably there are messages and/or some of their loved ones from the Other Side step forward. It’s just what happens naturally with the energy. The Spirit realm is so intelligent. They know and acknowledge that a beautiful “energetic portal” of love and light is created with the Medium, and therefore anyone who is in front of me (for their reading,) their deceased loved ones will inevitably step forward with messages and/or guidance from the Spirit realm whether the reading is for you or if you are there for support.

Many people ask me how soon a loved one in Spirit can communicate once they have left the physical world. As a Psychic Medium, I personally have experienced that our loved ones can communicate right away. I have frequently experienced immediate communication from deceased souls.
I would like to make a very important note that while communication is possible, not every Spirit/Soul on the Other Side is a good communicator or skilled at communicating as soon as they cross over. In my experience as a Psychic-Medium, some souls are better communicators than others. This is because they are older souls that have this knowledge of communicating through a Medium stored within the memory banks of their Soul/Spirit.
It is also important to note that you need to give your deceased loved ones time to adjust to their new reality and new realm of consciousness. It is equally important to allow yourself time to grieve and adjust to the changes in your life when you lose a loved one. You may be in the depths of strong grief and you need time to heal. If you reach out to a Medium too soon, you (as the Sitter) may not be open and receptive to what your loved ones in Spirit want to share.
No there isn't. Energy is energy. We are energy, your loved ones in Spirit are energy. As soul energy we have the ability to send messages through frequency and vibration. Every solid item in the physical world is composed of frequency and vibration so it does not matter if you are a person, on the phone or on the computer. There is no difference.
These are excellent questions that I receive frequently. It doesn't matter what language your deceased loved one spoke. The Spirit world speaks/channels through a Medium in the form of various energetic impressions which are received by the Medium as thoughts, symbols, feelings, emotions and pictures. I can most definitely communicate with your passed loved ones and pets.
