Do Our Loved Ones Still See What We’re Doing on Earth?

One of the most common questions I hear as a Medium is: “Do my loved ones know what’s happening in my life now that they’ve passed?”

The short answer is a resounding YES! Our loved ones in Spirit are still very aware of us. Their connection to us doesn’t end when their physical body does. Instead, it shifts.

Think of it like this: when we lose someone, we can no longer see them with our eyes or hear them with our ears, but their love and awareness remain very present. Spirit often lets us know they are around us by sending signs. You may hear a song on the radio at just the right time, a favorite bird landing nearby, or a dream visit that feels so real. These are gentle ways they show us, “I still see you. I’m still part of your life.” It's NOT a coincidence.

In my work, I’ve delivered countless messages from loved ones that prove just how much they keep up with us. They’ll mention recent milestones like a wedding, a graduation, a new baby, even something as simple as a new job or promotion, or a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen! Sometimes they mention the current struggles and hardships we are facing. These validations remind us that their love didn’t stop, and neither did their awareness.

But here’s something beautiful to consider: they don’t watch us in a judgmental or intrusive way. Spirit isn’t checking up on us like a critic. Instead, they look upon us with unconditional love, cheering us on, proud of our growth, and supporting us not judging us through challenges.

So the next time you wonder if your loved one in Heaven knows about your new job, your birthday, or the tears you cry at night .... trust that they do. They are celebrating your wins and holding you in your hard times while

sending love and support your way. Their love continues, just in a different form.

Love doesn’t die, and neither does the bond you share.
